Friendship has truly sustained me in being able to live in Asia for all of these years. As I talked about in a previous post (click here to read “The best and worst of my life in Asia”), I love being able to “do life” with wonderful people over here. The people that come and go from here are a special group. Between my local Asian friends I have made and the Americans, I am blessed to live and learn from so many wonderful people.
It is also a particular joy to be able to see many of the expat children grow up while living overseas here in Asia. Two of my favorites of all time live in the same complex as I do right now. Noah Littlepage (see video above and pic below) will be 2 years old in two months and Maddox Musgrove (see pic below) will be 2 in the fall.
